Hello Shopify Sleuths!
This pop-up stated showing up on my site when customers arrive. It takes up the whole screen and is really obnoxious. Does anybody know which app is causing it, so I can shut it off?

Firstly, have you looked through your current app installs to find any potential candidates for this popup? Otherwise, have you recently removed a popup app from your store? It’s possible there is residual code in your theme files that is causing the app content to continue to display after being uninstalled.

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forum. I completely understand the importance of disabling this pop-up, so let’s get to the bottom of it.
Have you looked in your Shopify Admin > Apps to see if you notice any apps currently enabled that would be used for these (for example, listed as ‘pop-up discount’ or anything related to creating discounts) like the one displayed above? Otherwise, app coding can remain embedded in the theme even once the app is deleted. In that case, we will have to reach out to the app developers to have the coding removed.
If you’ve recently removed the apps from your account, you can see if they display these changes in the Activity section of your home page. You’ll just want to go to the home page of your Shopify Admin, and scroll down so you can see the Activity section in the right-hand side menu:
If you’re having trouble identifying which app could be causing this, please reach out to our support team so that we can take a closer look. To do so, visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’ and then click 'Continue’. If need be, they can also reach out to the app developers to have this resolved.

I don’t see any suspicious activity in Activity. Most likely suspect in my Apps is ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell, but I don’t see any settings that relate to popups on the front end.

This is PageFly - Landing page builder.
You can recheck the Carti Abandoned Cart Recovery app because as checking code, I can see class carti from the pop-up so it can cause the popup.
