These can be achieved by either using Bundle apps or hard coding the whole custom setup in the theme.

Could you let me know where you want the bundle selection to appear? Is it on the product page?
Also, do you sell these products individually as well, outside of the bundle?
On your reference website, the bundle is discounted. How would you like the individual items in the bundle to be priced in the cart? For example, should all individual items be listed at $0.00 while only the bundle shows the discounted price?
It sounds like you might need an app with some customization to achieve this.

I suggest using the “Mix and Match Bundle” feature on the BOGOS app. This feature allows customers to build their own bundle from a list of products that you pre-select and bundle right on your product page.
You can see a demo in the image below:
When a customer adds this bundle to their cart, the items will appear as individual products.
