I think you should revist this when you’ve completed the store. Also, take note that there’s alot of custom work that’s done on the fatandthemoon website, none of which exists on the default Prestige theme. They only have 2 apps, Klaviyo and Product reviews. If you can’t find an app that suits your task, you might need to hire a developer.
