Can anyone please point me in the direction of a theme that allows pricing of 1 for X, 2 for Y etc, allowed in the same category, or across the site, as long as the initial price is the same. Thanks!

We have several price points for all of our products : $12, $22, 28 and some others.
If a customer buys one of the $12 items we would like for them to be able to choose 2 units for $20. This can be either the same product, or any other product in the $12 range.
Ideally we would like a pop that says ‘would you like to add another $12 item to receive 2 items for $20?’ Or something along those lines.
