Print on demand - same item from 2 different vendors in different countries

Good day,

I was hoping you could provide me with clarity on the following issues.
I currently am selling in two markets, the US and South Africa.
To have products shipped from Printify to SA is simply too expensive as the shipping is usually twice as expensive as the product itself.

How should I set up my Store, that all orders from SA customers are not sent to Printify but to my supplier in SA?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance as I have been unable to find any viable options.

I’d also like to know how to do this, as the shipping from The Print Space in the UK to Australia is too expensive, and I’d like to use a local supplier for those ones.
