Hi all - Wondering if anyone has connected their Shopify store to Tiktok Shop as a POD business? Tiktok has strict SLA around shipping and although Printful complies with that, you have to set up and manage a whole different shop in Printful so that orders go directly to them. It feels like this is a missed opportunity for Shopify to create something that notifies Printful or other POD providers of Tiktok orders so they can comply. Right now, the solution is to also set up a Printful shop, connect that to Tiktok and when orders come from Tiktok, Printful will prioritize. This means our Shopify business data will not reflect these orders. Also, it’s just so time consuming to manage another store with the same products! I’m really disappointed to find this out after setting up Tiktok and Shopify - more so at Printful but I think Shopify has a chance here to ensure its customers have accurate sales reflection. Thoughts?

I totally get what you mean it’s super frustrating having to manage a separate Printful store just for TikTok orders. The setup makes things messy with reporting and fulfillment.
Right now, that’s unfortunately the only way to stay within TikTok’s shipping rules. But I agree Shopify and Printful could definitely make this smoother by syncing TikTok orders directly into Shopify.
You could check out Order Desk or AutoDS as a workaround they help route TikTok orders to Printful while keeping things in one place. Hopefully Shopify bridges this gap soon!

That’s awesome thank you for starting the feature request! I’ll definitely keep an eye out for it under“Tiktok/Printful/Shopify"and add my support once it’s up. 
It’d be great if more of us in the POD + TikTok space could back this, the more visibility it gets, the higher the chances Shopify and Printful will take action. Thanks for taking the lead on this!
