Priority Mail Express Padded Flat Rate Envelope

I am trying to ship an order to France by Priority Mail Express Padded Flat Rate Envelope, but that is not given as an option when printing a label. Priority Mail Express is an option, but I want the padded envelope. When I click “Add Pckage” > “Carrier Package” > “USPS Package” it’s not listed under there, either. Is there a way to add it? Thanks, Jack

I can only see the Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope; I can’t find the Express one, and I’m not sure why.

I haven’t been able to ship Priority Mail Express FLAT RATE (padded or not) either. Did you ever contact support and get an answer or figure out how to ship USPS flat rate EXPRESS mail?
