Hello! I did my first round of shipping products and ended up using the usps priority flat rate box. It was very costly and inefficient as my product is clothing and the box was unnecessary. I wanted to use a usps “tyvek” but could not find the option while trying to create labels. Any suggestions?

When you say that you used the USPS priority flat rate box and when you suggested that you’re creating labels, then I assume you’re using Shopify Shipping.
A padded envelope, bubble mailer, or plastic (Tyvek or Poly) sleeve can be used with Shopify Shipping, although packages thicker than 3/4 inches don’t qualify for USPS First Class Mail rates.
There’s more on this in our guide on Shopify Shipping with USPS. Before you can print accurate shipping labels, you need to set your default package to the type and size that you will be using.
So your product is clothing - that’s excellent! Is it custom clothing you’re selling? What is your brand?
