I am facing issue with meta pixel. Connected in customer events plus active in my ads manger. But Meta pixel helper extension shows no pixel found on website and also no traffic on website even after ads running with huge audience alreached through ads. shopify support tells that community will help here. Is someone here who can help regarding theme code

If the Meta Pixel isn’t working, here’s what to check:
Ensure the pixel is added in Online Store > Preferences > Facebook Pixel, and the Pixel ID matches your Ads Manager.
Check your theme.liquid file under Themes > Edit Code to confirm the pixel script is present.
Test the pixel in Meta’s Event Manager under Test Events to ensure it’s firing.
Clear browser cache or test in incognito mode.
If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Meta support or a Shopify Expert for help.
