I have connected the apps of facebook and instagram (that now come together) to shopify a while ago and today i wanted to promote a post on instagram and everything goes well until i preview it specifically for stories, it tells me “This product cannot be tagged on instagram shopping” i’ve already checked my account settings and it doesn’t seem to be any problem.
I tried to promote another post to see if maybe that post itself had a problem but it tells me the same for various of my instagram posts and only in the preview for stories.
what can i do yo fix it and why is that happening?
