I have my shopify account connected with facebook and have my shop set up with both instagram and facebook. People can view the products in my shop. However I’m unable to tag products on any instagram post or story. On facebook products can be tagged. Also surprisingly in instagram I’m able to tag collections.
Can anyone pls help me figuring this out.
Just happened to have the same issue. I had to reinstall Instagram app in the phone and it just worked right away… everything was already properly configured!
