Product/Inventory exports not working

I usually pull a full shop inventory or product list from the shop in order to do our stock take, the csv is usually emailed to me as I export an all-products list. I have tired a number of times to get this to send to me today, it confirms it will send it to my email, but it doesn’t arrive. Is something broken somewhere?

Contact Shopify support

they are not in my junk folder
