Hey! The products from my website are automatically saying without stock even tho there is stock in the back office. This is happening at random times, and random products. After some time they come back in stock. Does anyone know how to solve this bug?

I’d also like to learn more about your situation. For instance, how are you correctly managing your inventory? Are you using Inventory Tracking directly from your Shopify Admin? Or are you using a third party inventory tracking and fulfillment app?
In the meantime, you will want to ensure that your inventory settings are correct. From your Shopify admin, head over to Products > Inventory. Hey Mac! Thank you for the reply. Sorry for only getting back to you now. We use Shopify Inventory Tracking for the products, with no third-party app. Unfortunately, I do not see the Settings > Products > Inventory option in my settings. Can I give you access to the store? For you to look into this?
Regarding the examples, I do not have any in specific, all products randomly go out of stock and then back sometimes automatically or we do it manually.
I understand that you are using Shopify Inventory Tracking for your products. It’s possible that this might not be enabled for all of them. To confirm this, please head over to the Products section of your Admin, select all products, and open up the bulk editor. From there, add the Inventory Tracking column to the editor and ensure that Inventory tracking is enabled for all of the products.
