Products in Shopify collections suddenly stopped displaying for a store using the Prestige theme, despite correct backend setup and prior stable operation (example link provided). Collections are category-style pages that list grouped products.
Another merchant on the Motion theme reported the same behavior the same morning, suggesting it’s not theme-specific. Individual product pages remained accessible via search, indicating products still exist but aren’t populating collection lists.
A tentative workaround: temporarily publish an older theme, then immediately re-publish the current theme. This cleared the issue for the original poster. It’s unclear whether this action fixed it or if the platform resolved it coincidentally.

We are using the Motion theme and experiencing the same issue this morning. You can still visit an individual product page if you use the search function.
I did just publish an old theme, then immediately published my current one, and the issue is no more! I’m not sure if that is what fixed it, or if that’s just a coincidence and it’s just fixed itself, but may be worth trying at your end?
