Products not appearing under the collection tab

Hi everyone

I have created a collection on our website and added it to both the collection feature as well as the navigation tab. I added products to the collection, however they seem to not be appearing when I click on the collection under the navigation tab.

How do I rectify this and get the products to appear

Thank you for getting in touch and letting us know about your issue. Can you confirm to me that you see products in your collection when you view it in the Collections section of your admin? It’s important to first check that your products are definitely included in the collection before we troubleshoot why they are not appearing on the storefront.

After you have checked this, you’ll also want to check that you did not enter in anything in the “Filter collection with tags” section when adding a menu item in your navigation settings:

If you have entered in tags here, this may filter out some products based on these tags and thus some products may not appear.

Please also feel free to share your store’s URL with me here and I can check the collection on the storefront from my end.

Hi @Victor_5 , I’ve been stucked for 1 week with the same isuue…

The product, pictures and collections are already uploaded on Shopify, and I can see the collection pictures on the website (Implusle). But when I click on “Outdoor” (for example) on Impulse it doesn’t show the product list that is already uploaded.

The Outdoor collection has 4 product. But When I click on Outdoor on the website (Impulse) it shows 0 product. Can you help me with that please ?

As I am not able to authenticate you on the Community, I cannot access your admin directly to check and see why this might be happening. It’s possible that in your Impulse theme, the collection attached to the “Outdoor” collection on the homepage does not link to the correct collection. You’ll want to check that you have linked to the correct collection in the theme editor, that you have not applied any filtering tags to this link, and that you have products assigned to the “Outdoor” collection in Products > Collections.

If you have checked your collections and the link in the theme editor and still cannot find the cause of the issue, please contact our support team directly so we can authenticate you on the store and take a closer look at what is causing this problem.

I’ve double checked and every collections on Impusle are linked to the right collections on Admin, so the issue might be something else.

Our support team, myself included, cannot access the admin of a merchant who we’re speaking with through the Community as we cannot authenticate you on your account here. You will need to contact our team through the Help Center, using either the callback, live chat or email options, to authenticate yourself and speak to a member of our team.

If you see no obvious error with how your theme and collections are set up, I would encourage you to contact our team so we can take a closer look at this for you.
