Hi,
Does anyone know why products are not pulling through on the abandoned cart emails? They used to appear fine, but now appear to be blank. So the email is a header and footer with no products included.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I know which email service you are using?
This issue could be due to you changing a new theme, or an API issue. Each email service is different from any others, and only the app developers can check and solve.
If you are using Shopify email, then you can directly contact an agent via live chat here.

We are just using Shopify for now.
Thank you for the link to LiveChat. I’ve spoken to one of the team who has already resolved the issue - it was just a bug on my preview screen.
