I recently uploaded 8 products and for some reason only 3 of them are showing up in the correct collections.
They all have the same tags and assigned to the same collections but only 3 show up. However all of them show up in the featured collection on the home page.
for demonstration purposes, I added the 5 products that aren’t showing up into a seperate collection and the collection shows 5 products on the right, but in the centre states “no products found”
Any help would be much appreciated - thank you!

To confirm, you’ve created a manual collection and the products you’ve chosen are not appearing in this specific collection? Secondly, have you tried previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme to see if the products appear in the correct collection?
Could you also confirm that the products included in this collection are set to Active? I recommend clicking into the specific collection and viewing your Products section to ensure each product is set to Active on the Online Store.

Another troubleshooting step to look into is ensuring the correct collection is linked in your navigation menu. When viewing your linked collection under Online Store > Navigation, you’ll want to ensure that any tags you’ve added match the tags you have on your products. The products that don’t have tags matching what is typed in the filter section will not display in the collection. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility.

Lastly, I had a chance to browse your storefront and really like how you’ve set up products, designed your storefront and displayed your products reviews. I would like to make one suggestion that I feel can help with branding and displaying a cleaner footer section. Did you know that you can remove the powered-by-Shopify text? We have a step-by-step process included in our help center resource to help you remove this. Once the text is removed, your footer section will display the following:

Thank you for your reply.
I can confirm I have done all the troubleshooting advice you have given me and still no answer.
Please see below, there was 8 products that were very similar, all uploaded at the same time. They all have the same tags and manually added to the collections. All active as well.
Weird thing is, the counter on the top right side of a collection page shows the number of products, it includes the products but doesn’t show them visually. All 8 are shown on the front page but just not in their respective collections throughout the website.
do you have any other ideas on what is causing this?

As you mentioned, you’re able to preview your products in a fresh theme. It looks as though there may be an issue with your previous Debut theme that may be affecting the products showing in the specific collections.
Could you try rolling back your theme code (on the previous Debut theme) to an older datestamp? This can help us indicate when the issue took place. Once you’ve selected an older datestamp, you can click Preview to view if any changes were made to your store.
If you’re unable to detect the error using the rollback method, I recommend reaching out to our support through the **Shopify Help Cente**r. Through the help center, you can create a support request by following the prompts to view our available contact options. Our team may be able to offer support using design time, as you’re using a free theme powered by Shopify. You must be on the Basic Shopify Plan or higher.

Hi Victoria,
thank you for your help. Unfortunately I’m unable to roll back to any timestamp, as there hasn’t been many changes to the website recently. However I had just noticed this error when bulk uploading products.
It’s weird how I can see the products in a collection in the home page but not on any other page.
I will reach out to the Shopify help centre to see if they can assist.
