Hi everyone,
I’m Mert, owner of Twelfninefashion (Print on Demand). I’ve set up my shop, but all products are showing as sold out and inventory isn’t being tracked properly.
Any quick help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Mert

Beyond that reread the product/inventory manual, check the products admin for enabling inventory or adding stock, check your CSV’s for bad values, etc. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/inventory/getting-started-with-inventory/inventory-csv https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/import-export/import-products
Other’s are not mind readers re-read your post and recognize how little info you have provided not everyone has your exact same setup or know what you have done step by step.
There is a complete lack of detail another person would need to even begin guessing at a root cause.
You need to drastically improve the detail you communicate for issues so OTHER people have some idea of the replication steps.
While keeping in mind it quickly becomes literal work to replicate setups, be concise.
Or someone would either need store access and spend the time inspecting things.

Or PM me, or request here that I PM you.
@Merti1134 First, check if your products are in draft status. If they’re all active, visit each product’s settings and tick the “Continue selling when out of stock” checkbox.
I run a pre-order & back-in-stock app (Early Bird) and we’ve had come across a few merchants who’ve had this issue -all they needed to do was tick that box. (I believe the Shopify logic for POD products is they’re created after the order is placed.)
Otherwise, you should get in touch with Shopify Support to see if they can diagnose your issue properly.
