I have an app that is ruining on live now i have updated the app code with new API and it ask for approved to access REST endpoints with protected customer data.
My app was not running that why i have revert back my code so that my client will not face problem.
Now can I update the code and sent it for review?
is there any update? Or i have create a new app and sent it for review?
If you have an existing app you’ll want to get approval for access to protected customer data before you update your app’s code to use 2022-10 or later. From Shopify’s docs:
If you’re updating to 2022-10 from an earlier API version, then make sure your access is approved before you update your code.
@Sharan_oapps Based on the screenshot it sounds like your request to access protected customer data has been denied.
If you’ve confirmed that your app is meeting all of Shopify’s requirements (linked here), then I would suggest trying to submit again. If the system will not let you resubmit, then you may need to reach out to Shopify’s Partner Support team for assistance/clarification.
