Providing users with unique discount on post survey

Hello,

Is there a feature/app at the moment that is able to provide users with a unique discount code based on their order # after completing the survey? I’ve tried Neowauk ‑ Survey, Quiz, Wheel but i don’t think they’re able to track if users have made the purchase then get their unique discount code after completing the post survey. Otherwise, anyone can get the unique discount code. Essentially, we wish to provide customers who made purchases with it us and do a post survey ( maybe a embedded form like Klaviyo ? ) then get their unique discount.
