Hello, i have some products on my store that have a variant as quantity where the user can choose how much of the products they want from 25,50,100,250,500 and 1000. The user can click on the option they want but when I add to cart or checkout, the quantity and subtotal does not reflect what they chose. I have added some screenshots and I am using the Retina theme

Welcome to Shopify Community.
You have created variants for the quantity so it is necessary to add the same quantity to the cart. Thus you will have to change the quantity picker to match the value with the quantity variants. You will need a developer to alter the code. Let me know if you need one.
