I just finished creating my store and website, but when I tried to see if everything was working fine, I saw this message; “This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information.” when I reached the shippping page. I have tried everything i can to solve this, I have read a lot of community posts, watched YouTube videos, tried setting up shipping zones and rates again but they all seem not to work. If you have a solution, kindly share.

Thanks for sharing your question with our network. When you see this error at checkout, it means that your product is not set-up at a location that ships to the destination. There’s a few things that can cause this:
- There are no compatible Shipping Profiles available for this product. Head to Settings > Shipping & Delivery to verify that each of your store’s locations has inventory and rates set up for the destination.
- There are no compatible Shipping Rates set-up based on your store’s needs.
- Check the Product’s settings under Admin > Products > Edit to make sure it is listed as a ‘physical product’ and ‘requires shipping’
Either of these could be the root-cause for what you are experiencing. Make sure to go through all these solutions and let me know if you still run into any issues.
