Hello there @kkavya my first recommendation would be to put the products in your store into categories like best selling, newest arrivals, etc to make navigation a bit easier for your customers.
it also seems like just your Instagram is linked to your store website, in order to build a more authentic reputation for customers to see as well as for visibility and keeping in touch I’d suggest adding Tik Tok and Twitter links as well.
A minor one but it would also be nice to indicate the accepted methods of payment for the store at the bottom of the homepage.
Also, on the issue of not getting feedback from customers who have made purchases maybe edit your confirmation or update emails or notifications to be a bit more encouraging or convincing for them to make reviews if possible.
I hope you found this reply helpful and I wish you the best of luck!

I recently visited your store, and I think your products look fantastic! A few small adjustments can help improve your store’s conversion rate.
1. Some suggestion for your homepage
Imo, the current hero banner image appears a bit distorted, which can give the impression that the site doesn’t sell high-quality clothing. After browsing your Instagram, I can see that your visuals are much better than that. Choose a high-resolution image featuring your products on a model to create a more compelling first impression.
Update all your CTA buttons to ‘Shop Now,’ as this is more action-oriented. Consider structuring the content in this section with the following flow: Collection Name - What makes this collection unique or why customers should explore it - Call to Action.
2. Suggestion for your collection page and product page
Add an ‘Add to Cart’ button directly below each product on the collection page to provide a smoother shopping experience. Check the image below for reference:
You’re absolutely right that reviews play a crucial role in improving conversion rates. To encourage customers to leave reviews initially, offer a small incentive like a discount. Then consider implementing a loyalty program or use a discount app to support this.
Once you have reviews, use a product reviews app to display ratings below each product price on the collection and product pages. Additionally, add a customer review section to the homepage to build trust with potential buyers.
I believe make these changes should create a more engaging and trustworthy shopping experience for your customers.

From my perspective, here are some improvements that can enhance your website:
1. Adjusting the colors in the filter section: The filter section is currently faded, so adding a white background will make it more visible and easier for users to spot.
2. Enlarge and bold the product titles, align content: This will make the product names stand out more, helping customers quickly identify the products they are interested in.
3. Align, Add payment trust badge, Google maps: The social media icons and text are currently spaced too far apart. Aligning them closer together will improve user recognition and make the links more intuitive to interact with, Trust badge is a symbol or Icons display on website to assure visitors of security, reliability, and credibility, often used to increase customer confidence and improve conversion rates https://prnt.sc/4ASAof2quOJy .If your store has Physical store, you should add Google maps to your site, and it helps improve the local visibility.
