I recently noticed that when printing out my order forms (which we use to confirm and fill orders), not all the information prints out in the description area. We now have to change the printer setting to landscape every time for important details - in my case, candle scent and style - to show. This is a huge hassle, as we have our printer set to portrait mode all the time. Why this change? We need real improvements, not work flow hindrances like this
