Can't print shipping labels with ROLLO printer, any solutions?

I am having issues printing my shipping labels. It is landscape and I am not sure how to change that. I tried changing to 4x6 and it did not work. Please can someone help.

After you purchase the label, there should be a “Change format” hyperlink. This is the only way it worked for me. If you already printed the label, you should void it and re-purchase.
