Issue: Manually curated recommended products added via Shopify’s Search & Discovery app are not appearing in the product page section labeled “koop samen met” (Dawn theme). On page refresh, the recommendation briefly flashes, then disappears.
I’ve added some recommended products via the search & discovery. I’ve also added the section to the product page. It’s the section that says now “koop samen met”. But the product that I have added is not showing.
Also, when I refresh my product page, it weirdly show the recommended product for a split second and then it dissapears. I have tried deleting and adding it again but nothing is working. I’ve asked the AI to check, but it can’t find solution. All the products are available and have stock.
Hi, no this is not the section that I mean. This is randomized by Shopify. I have a seperate section where it says “Koop samen met” but no products are showing there. It is next to the product, not at the bottom of the page. I want to use it for products that usually are bought together, such as replacement parts for pet furniture,… It should only show 1 or 2 selected products in that section
It is all in Dutch… But in the settings of the Search and discovery I have selected recommended products, and they are not showing in the designated section.
