Redundant purchase event and Missing event parameters issue on facebook

Hi everyone
I’m facing some issue in my FB events data
The pixel is being activated multiple times resulting in -

  1. Missing event parameters (content ID, value etc)
  2. Redundant purchase event

This issue started happening a few days back which coincides with the date I downloaded a few app, namely - Joy and loloyal loyalty program, bixgrow affiliate, storista stories, frequently bought together and emergency countdown bear.

So its possible that one of the app might be causing an issue

Would truly appreciate if someone could help me in fixing this or connect me with someone with Shopify coding and FB marketing knowledge

I am having this issue too, and i didnt do anything. Waiting for any solution

I’m experiencing these exact issues. They started on the 17th of this month. I didn’t touch or change anything. Hopefully they get resolved soon.

Same issue here! Startet on 01/16/2023

Is there any solution? Meta Pixel Helper also shows that we have two Pixels integrated in our Shopify store. However, we actually only entered one pixel via the official Shopify backend.
