Regarding Discount Expiration Timing

I have a question concerning the expiration time of discounts.

If a discount has been set to expire at 2023/10/25 17:00:00, does it become invalid exactly at that time or would it become invalid at 2023/10/25 17:00:01?

I read the document of endsAt on DiscountCodeBasic. But I didn’t understand the expiration timing.
