Hello

recently, when we print our orders using order printer in batch, some orders get divided into 2 pages when we print them out.

This did not happen before, and this only happens to what seems to be the random orders.

Also when we only pick the order which was divided to 2 pages when we printed in batch, it comes out in one page.

any ideas on why and how to fix them?
