Region / county field missing from UK checkout

Hi, for some reason the county (or region) field is missing from the UK checkout. If you select US, then its there, just for UK. Any ideas?

it says ‘country / region’ at the top when selecting country, but no place to enter you’re county in eg Berkshire, Wiltshire, Somerset etc. if you switch to US it is ok

I guess you did’t setup store shipping for the United Kingdom states you have to first setup i have tested it. Please follow the insturction below or click on this shopify

  • Login to your Shopify Admin
  • Click on ‘Settings’ > ‘Markets’ > ‘International’
  • Click on ‘Manage’, and then click ‘Activate’

thanks we have the international market setup and active and UK also.. IS this what you mean? Also our shipping profiles are setup also.

Ive just seen on a few other UK shopify sites that actually none of them have the county or region field. so maybe i’ll just leave it!
