My Checkout Page shows only United States from the drop down regions when I have added United Kingdom and EU in my shipping zones. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? Thank You.

Most likely, your UK and EU countries are not showing in this step of the checkout because your international markets are not currently active. You will want to turn your international markets on for these countries to appear. The steps to do this are:
1. Log into your Shopify admin.
2. Click on Settings > Markets > International.
3. Click Manage, and then click Activiate.
