Remove developer from my store

Hi,

I asked a developer to build my store, and he used his partner account to build the store and transfer the ownership to me, he is not using the staff account of the store, but he still can access and edit the store, if I want to remove his access, how can I do with this?

Hi Alleasylan,

You can remove the partners collaborator account from your store via your store settings. The steps would be:

Steps:1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Users and permissions.

  1. Click the collaborator’s name.
  2. Click Remove collaborator account.
  3. Enter your password, and then click Remove.
