I am trying to remove the default title variant priced at $19.99. In bulk edit there is no option, the CSV file is causing the same issue.
All my products have this issue.

The default variant option should be present inside product variant. You will have to remove this option from each product page.
Step 1: Go to product edit page
Step 2: go to product variant section
Step 3: Select the variant that has to be removed and delete variant.
