I would like to delete products in my shopping tab, which was previously linked from shopify. How can i do so? My shopify is now inactive and I dont want to deactivate

Have you tried deleting your commerce profile (Shop) through Instagram?
- Go to your profile and tap on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap on “Business Settings.
- Under “Shop,” tap on “Remove Shop.

What it appears for me is
Setting > shopping > shopping partners > nothing appears
Setting > shopping > inventory > default or advanced
