Omg same here. Had a chat with them and they said there isnt any report that shows you how much cash/dabit/credit you made each day/week/month. You now have to add up every and each transaction and YOU have to do the math. I found it so hard to believe so i asked three different reps and they all confirmed that there is no sales report by payment. So if you take cash at your physical store and want to know how much cash sales you made at the end of a day, you have to add up all transaction YOURSELF. I confirmed with them and it is true. They really need to stop making these unnecessary changes.
