Request for Review post purchase

I would like to send customers a request for a review 1 week after their purchase.

I have a review app installed, but I do not like their email template to request a review (the email does not look correct, especially on mobile), plus I would like this email to be in sync with the other email marketing that we send out.

I have instead been trying to use Shopify email to send a Post Purchase Thank You.

This would be perfect, but I need to link the specific product page(s) for the items purchased.

There is obviously the option to show specific ‘abandoned’ products, but not purchased products. I would love to know if there is a way to do this?

Hi @Aneby !

As of now, there is no feature yet in Shopify email app for product review automation. The current one that is close to that feature is the Post purchase email template though as you mentioned, you will need to manually add the products that they purchased in the email template.

So, for workaround, I can suggest another app that may suit your business needs such as Loox ‑ Product Reviews App and Stamped Product Reviews & UGC. You can also take a look at Product Reviews help document for your reference.
