Restrict Abandoned checkout Email For sepecific Product

Hello,

I have implemented Abandoned checkout email in my store. I want to restrict this abandoned checkout email for some specific products only. Is this possible ? Can you please guide me how I can archive this ?

It depends on which email service you are using. For example, in our Email Automation app, you can definitely set the condition to send email to some specific products only:

The abandoned checkout email feature in Shopify can be configured to send automatically or it can be done manually by going to Settings > Checkout and toggling off the Automatically send abandoned checkout emails:


If you only want to send recovery emails for only specific products, then you may want to opt to do this and send manual recovery emails instead!

The alternative, as @AvadaCommerce mentions, would be to use a third-party app that sends an email according to certain conditions or triggers.

I am genuinely curious as to what your reason is for wanting to do this and what the strategy is! Could you explain your thinking to me?
