Hi, when a customer returns an item that they purchased via shopify, shopify will say it has ‘restocked’ and item, but it doesn’t re-stock it into our lightspeed. The same if we do an exchange, the inventory will be updated in Shopify, but is not reflected in our Lightspeed store; turning our inventory into a messy nightmare. Is there any solution here? Or do we have to manually update our Lightspeed with every return/exchange?
When a shopify sale is made, it automatically comes out of our lightspeed stock, so the ‘sale’ side isn’t an issue.
