For some reason, when I enable ‘vendor ratings’ on the collection widget, several products show 1x 5 star review, but when you click on the actual product, there are no reviews?
How do I fix this please? I don’t want to mislead customers.

You should have used a shopify review app, you can contact their online customer service to solve it
Hi, thanks. Yes I’ve checked that, I have uninstalled any old review apps, the only one I have installed is TYDAL reviews, and their customer service team can’t see why it’s appearing.
Stars review on the collection page belongs to theme, and stars on product page belong to a review app. You can turn off stars on the collection page by turning off the Star rating option from your theme’s settings.
Generally, review apps will handle the review issues. It seems that TYDAL reviews did not Aid you. You can try to install our company’s Trustoo.io Product Reviews app and ask their customer support. I think they can solve it.
