The same way google ads lead to conversions- this is the one thing you send that has a 100% open rate.

Leverage packaging and everything that goes with it to create evangelists.

Furthermore with social media this is the best way to get people to share your product.

you could have just said there is no way to track the R.O.I.

Google on the other hand, you are able to track your marketing from A to Z.
If something fails you know to fix the assets, from: design, copy,
platform, etc.
