Royal Mail Click & Drop not updating order status

Hey guys,

I’ve connected the Royal Mail Click & Drop app to my store. I put through a real test order which sent the order to Royal Mail as expected. Perfect. However, when printing the label the status in Click & Drop changed to dispatched but this didn’t feed Shopify so I have to manually fulfil the order.

Not a problem while things are new and orders aren’t huge, but does anyone know why the status isn’t updating?

I have set “Mark orders as despatched on channel” within Click & Drop.

Okay, so this was updated after a couple of hours. A little longer than their 30 minutes estimate, but that’s okay. As long as I know it works.
