We’ve recently started using the Shopify Shipping Royal Mail labels, and have noticed the order number doesn’t print on the label - I’ve attached a label, the only thing removed is the customer’s name and address details for GDPR.
Shopify help advises that the order number should be appearing automatically. Shopify chat suggested voiding the label and rebooking (despite me explaining it is the same for EVERY shipment we have booked) - don’t get me started on how bad the support chat function has become!
So, I am turning to here hoping someone might be able to advise why the order number isn’t showing. It shows for the Yodel labels, so seems very strange not to also show for the Royal Mail labels.
