Dear Emmanuel Flossie,
I’ve recently started my online store on Shopify: https://littlewarblertoys.com/. Since I’m still quite new to e-commerce, with limited capital and not being based in the U.S. (I’m from Vietnam), I decided to focus on the U.S. market through dropshipping (sourcing products from CJ). My main task is to promote and sell the products, while Shopify helps handle the rest. Thanks to Shopify’s great features, things have been running smoothly so far.
That said, I do face one challenge: I can only read the product information but don’t have a way to directly check the quality. Ordering samples to Vietnam would be costly and may not be efficient. Could you kindly suggest an effective way for me to ensure product quality at the source?
I’m also trying to understand how to best manage Google advertising with my limited budget. Along with advertising, I know I need to stay consistent and work diligently to reach customers. I would really appreciate your guidance on balancing both.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my letter. I truly value your advice and support.
Warm regards,
