I’m selling custom hoodies on my Shopify store but every order I need to send a email manually to the customer with a template! Is there a way that when a customer buy the custom hoodies it automatically sends out an email for me ? I do sell other non customizable products on my store! Any help is appreciated

Hi, Flow doesn’t have a built-in transactional email action that allows sending emails to customers (that are not necessarily subscribed to marketing). Some apps do offer that if you uncheck “installed apps” in Flow and search for “email”. The rest should be easy to do in Flow. You can check some piece of data about the product like a tag or a metafield before sending the email.
