Setting up a notification for specific "VIP" customers/influencers so I know when order is DELIVERED

Hi, I’m trying to set up a simple notification that alerts me when a package to a “VIP” is marked as “delivered”

In short, I ship free products to influencers, and I want the ability to be notified in parallel (at the same time) when they are notified their package was delivered.

This is crucial, so I can reach and gather feedback, or give them insight on creating great content for YouTube/TikTok, etc.

Shopify Support said this isn’t natively possible on the platform, which, as usual, blows my min a multi-billion dollar multi-decade technology corporation hasn’t integrated - but I think this can be done with a 3rd party app/plugin?

TLDR: How can I choose specific orders in my Shopify dashboard to receive tracking DELIVERED notifications along with the standard delivery notification the customer always receives (so I can follow up with important customers, influencers, etc.)?

To achieve this, you can tag your VIP users or specific orders. A third-party system will read the order status based on the assigned tag. once order delivered system will send email with specific details. Tagging will help you to create new order view to check influencers order at single place

The system will also provide an option to map each tag to a specific email message of your choice.
