Setting Up website and problem with delivery customization

I am in middle of setting up my shopify account and i have a problem because i am only doing local delivery, i am not shipping my goods and i dont know how to customize that its only local delivery. i also would like to customize that the buyer can add their number so that it is easier for me to do local delivery, when i am outside the home i can call. i dont see how to customize the shipping.
