First, I need to say that I saw many people complaining about this error: Shipping and delivery options are not available for this customer’s address.
Or similar.
I’ve seen many solutions to this problem online and here at the forum.
Meanint that if some dev can read this:
PLEASE FIX YOUR LOG ERROR. Anything can cause this problem, and the log error is the same of dozens of different reasons.
With that out of the way:
I need help on how to fix Shipping and delivery options are not available for this customer’s address!
I just started with Spotify and I can’t figure out how to just create an Order and add a Delivery Fee!
I have Locations set up. I have the Delivery Settings ready to go. And I also have the Local Delivery options ready and setup.
The costumer in question is located in an address that I can delivery to and is considered in all my delivery settings.
So, I don’t know anymore what I can do.
I’ve been on this for hours now.
Here goes more:
- the item in the order is marked as physical and it has a weight
- the item is active
- I have ‘sell out of stock’ items enabled
