Hey, I would really love your help with this issue. I have a problem with my shipping, I installed an API of a third party platform for shipping but when there is an order the API doesnt get the shipping information of the customer, only his country. It supposed to be automatic but i find myself put the shipping address manually which isnt supposed to happen. Ive spoke to the support of the shipping platform i work with but they didnt knew what was the problem and it was their first time seeing it. Also we tried re-installing the API but it still does the same problem.
