Hello,
Our store offers local shipping and local pickup (not standard shipping). The requirements are to have an order of +20€ and live within a 18Km radius from our store in the city of Barcelona.
When the order complies with these requirements there is a bug where the shipping option gets unchecked as you can see in the attached video
Weirdly enough, when the order is below the minimum amount the shipping option stays selected just fine when we don’t ship for that amount… This is so frustrating and we are losing many sales because of it.
Please give me a hand, I have scaled up with Shopify and it’s been 2 weeks but they can’t figure out the problem.
