I have a shipping profile dedicated to “Made to Order” products, products that takes up to 10 days to produce and therefore the shipping cannot be overnight or express as my normal stock.
I have opened that shipping profile and assigned it with all the variants corresponding to it, created the shipping method and changed the text on the name and description.
The issue is the name and description is not showing on checkout, it just says blank “Shipping” with no details and price. On the order pages sometimes i can see the the shipping profile is set correctly and sometimes it is not.
I checked and there are no scripts running on this page.
Anyone please help?
